As we all know since season 4 rumble geting hard nerfs treatment - nerfs to Q nerf to eE nerf to R and nerf to his DOT, ok there was some buffs to his overheat but it was completely overshadow by many nerfs wich push him away from meta...

Looking at him right now :He has one of the lowest pick rate and winrate... he never was "lee sin, vayne " popular kid type of champ, i enjoyed him cause he was s diffrent from others and when u masterd him u could make sick moves.

I get it , if giving him too many powers in right hand he could just crash lane oponent and it was unfun to play against him ,ok so question is:

HOW to BUFF RUMBLE WITHOUT MAKING HIM TOO OPRESSIVE ?

MY ANSWER to that is making his passive- junkyard titan more core to his gameplay

Idea is that in overheat state your autoatck deal really high magical dmg , like really some scary shit numbers , i know its already hit quite nice, but to exchane to that i would increase time when he is silance from 6 to 8 s to make it more danger zone state and decision making moment if it is right time to go meele mode . or better staying rangy..

furthermore i would increase slow from his e but elminate almost completley dmg from it but when second harpoon hit the same target it brifley snaring enemy in danger zone ( + bonus dmg in last hiting minions with it) -to make it more cc ability than what it is now in e- poke tool with some cc

Overall i think his w abilities needs some duration buff , rumble has no escpae tools so lets say 3,4 s shield with movementspeed buff shuld be fair to him and would make him better in chasing or duelling

Players would have a chance to play around this 2 mode : safier flamethrower pusher and powerfull titan but with noe acces to his e slow or Q DOT or ult

in this way he would be much better vs champ he shuld be stong but also keeping some downsides leting opponent to play around

Most of these changes are just nails in the coffin, you sure these are buffs?
