ban chat
in all my rank games i get lvl 30player and bad player only with me but against me i get dopa , faker , caps and when i talk i get ban chat -_-

What is it you are saying? I'm guessing it's not "Hey, don't fight X, try and get your farm up so we have you late game" and probably more along the lines of "god you're shit, uninstall the game" just a guess.
Your chat ban was probably well deserved. It's an automated system so you obviously said a term or phrase that Riot has blacklisted.
