Veigar's is much easier to use, therefore should do less. Simple as that. You find an enemy, click on them. GG.
Ekko has to go wherever he was 4 seconds ago. He doesnt really get a choice. In fact, it's not easy to hit someone with your ult at all. Veigar can just fire it. Ekko can never just use it. The combat has to go on for at least a few seconds unless Kassadin retardedly riftwalked onto Ekko's shadow.
what about that .8 ap scaling off his opponent? forgetting a pretty large amount of damage there.
The one that doesn't show exactly where it's going to be 4 seconds in advance?
