Mini-rework for Xin Zhao

So, Xin is getting a new skin (which looks pretty darn epic, in my opinion), but a lot of people disliked it, and for a good reason. Xin is a very underplayed champion, due to his limited and way too straightforward kit.

Although I believe he would really benefit from a rework, considering his very aged kit, I feel like for now, a small change should be enough. How about making his E a skill shot? It would be just like his old E, this time dealing magic damage to all enemy units he passes through. The last enemy hit would be challenged. He'd then have so much more mobility!

I think it's a great idea. Xin is rly too straight forward and due to this ppl can predict his movements in teamfights too easy so that he cannot rly do much there in lategame. With a skillshot on his e, allowing him to close a little bigger gap or even to escape, xin would be a far mor valuable champion. Especially considered that every champion gets reworked time by time and put some skillshot in his kit, cause skillshots are what make the game so interesting atm, Riot should listen to you!
