Vayne :) (Rito pls)

As an avid League of Bullcrap player I can tell you there are a lot of balanced champions... Vayne, is not one of them. Everyone says Vayne takes skill to play and etc. You don't need skill if you have a shit ton of peel and you are fed. It seems like every game I don't ban Vayne she is picked. Why? Well lets see, she has a tumble to dodge skillshots and kite(also aa reset) a fucking MAX HEALTH % True Damage W , and a stun which applies stacks to her W... I've had so many bad experiences where I'm like 15-0 as a Tank and I have 300 armor and 4k health and then here comes an 0-10 Vayne with a BORK and Phantom Dancer that shreds through me like I'm paper... Her W literally does 8% + around 50 base true damage.... How is that fair? I've seen my fair share of Vayne's that just sit back and autoattack without kiting or anything and get a penta. And when you try and duel her you realize that she did 2000 true damage to you. Rito pls gut this whore champ. Or at least make her w like % current health and her e not apply stacks of her W
