Verizon Fios East Coast 140ms+ Static Ping Increase

So idk what happened but in some games I'll have my regular ping of 34-38ms. Other games I'll have 140-160ms for no reason, static. It doesn't spike, it just sits in that range for no reason. This just started happening this patch and it's not my latency because I can play other games just fine like World of Warcraft. Not sure what's causing it, but just wanted to post to get Riot's attention and see if this is affecting anyone else instead of just me.
