I think that thresh's passive should give him like 10-15 mana. when he picks up his souls. hes so mana hungry he should have something for his mana. will at least when i play him he's mana hungry

He's only mana hungry if you try to Q every time it's off cooldown instead of waiting for good opportunities.. It's just the way you are playing him.

Death Sentence has too much behind it when it hits for Thresh to have mana buffs.
