League of Legends Gamers should have some sort of input on which Champions should be Free each week

Some people might say that we should have the ability to pick all the champs free each week. Although, I think that it would be somewhat unfair. Unless, Riot adds something like "If a champion was free in the last 3 weeks he/she/it is not allowed to be free this week." This would stop certain champs from being free every week. Although, I think Riot should pick about 3 or 4 of the champs to let the champs who don't get played very often become free.
