That's because Locket and Redemption are shit items for Sona, fam. Neither of them give MS or AP, Sona's two most important stats. You want to be a cheerleader Sona? Ramp up those AP scalings until you hit the point where you shield the whole team for 400 damage every 4 seconds and speedbuff the whole team for 60%MS.
