Just tried out AD Nami. Top lane. Pretty strong. Although you could get a better build, this did well for me. I would kill an enemy in 3-4 auto attacks with my build finished and my E active. Here's the match's stats: _KDA:........................................................20/4/13(Best KDA) Total damage dealt:................................406.4k (Most damage dealt) Physical damage dealt:...........................320.1k (Most Physical damage dealt) Largest critical strike:................................1.3k (Biggest critical strike) Healed amount:........................................24.7k (Healed the most) _ Yea, as you can see, I was the MVP of that match. AD Nami strong as hell.

I saw an AD nami an hour ago. She did well against garen, but was easily gankable even with her cc

I don't understand why this is getting downvoted, AD Nami top has worked for a few players (struggles against tanks and you don't have a ton of pen with that build). The E active ensures that the enemy can't run away, and you save your q for when they gapclose. If you're behind, your cc makes you a good asset to the team regardless. Won countless 1v1s and a few bot lanes with this in fact.
