How can i have a positive winrate

yet consistantly be losing more lp than i gain, and always on the verge of demotion? I know i can improve, but is this an issue with my mmr?

Riots MMR "System" makes it so you have to have a 60-70% win rate JUST to keep even if your MMR is low.
The system is a feedback broken system
You need win rate to fix your MMR but your stacks games against you when your MMR is low.
Riot makes all matches "50%" BUT with MMR you can have it where ONE loss takes 2-3 wins to counter the LP loss. So It LITERALLY forces you down.
If you keep winning it will stack games even more against you trying to get you to a 50% win rate. But with a low MMR a 50% win rate will make you fall in rank.
The only time MMR works in your favor is on a NEW account where it has no rank history and so playing well will make you win more LP then a loss.
BUT It is all too easy to get some unlucky games (afker, troll, smurf) that puts you on a losing streak and BLAM the account is ruined and you will stop climbing and will fall because it is ALWAYS pushing you down.
Its so stupidly broken of a system.
