Items from Ornn forge are better versions of the best itens available. Are their unique passive independent (unique) from the original version? Say, I have Rabadon´s Deathcap + Rabadon´s Deathcrown. Would the two passives be active (35% + 35% Ap) or just one of them at time?
Why dont you just test it out for us?
I think it's like boots enchantments,or jungle gems. I haven't bought Ornn (i only like the item gimmick,so i won't spend 7800 or 6300 on his kit) but as far as i know if you build the upgraded version it just goes on to the item you already had. So the effect should be the same as when you have 2 normal rabadons
Ok, I tried and did the math. Indeed only one passive will work. Just like boots.
