Soraka Tooltip error check
Playing a game as Soraka with my healing maxed out. Tooltip showed base healing of 250 (not including AP), but with AP, I was only putting out about 160. Anyone else experiencing the same problem?

All healing on allies is reduced by 50% in ARAM. Self healing is unaffected.
