I feel that Riot does a good job in making the quest for Kayn 4 weeks long because they know people will just instalock it or ban it so they have to make it at least possible for people to play it, otherwise you might only get one match in on the character. If you're lucky.

oCrab1 votesyeah but at the same time they could have only made it one week long so at the same time they are giving enough time for people to stop just instalocking or banning the champion for no reason hopefully. New champion release is always an aids time for people who want to play him including reworks makes it so people who want to play their favorite champion impossible almost.
