Ashe Rework and the Lightbringer

I was just curious as to how the Lightbringer would function with Ashe's new passive in the upcoming rework. My assumption based on how I'm understanding the interaction with Frenzy, each attack on a target with Frost Shot will proc the Critical Vision passive on the Lightbringer. Is this correct? And I can't find if the passive stacks on itself or refreshes... thanks ahead of time!

it should proc it every single time you attack someone your passive slowed.

Since it is a dot it will most likely refresh the duration each time. But yes, every attack after the first will proc lightbringers passive.

fury(mastery) applies on every auto to a target affected by frost shot, so light bringer should do the same.
