I was just playing a game as Lissandra. I ulted Alistar, it went on CD and he didn't get ulted. He didn't have a Banshee Veil either. Clearly this is a glitch it needs to be fixed. Also, YOU NEED TO FIX LEAVERS. I propose that if a player leaves, the game should automatically pause. That player has 6-7 minutes to get back. If they don't the game should immediately end. The leaver should be penalized and everybody else on the team should get a loss prevented. Other team should still receive a victory. Honestly i think this would balance out this stupid leavers problem.

If a player gets displaced somehow from the ult while being cast, or in this case, alistar can ult to get out of it, the ult doesnt go off

Actually, that wouldn't fix the leaver problem at all. People would get into games, spend time loading, just for a troller to AFK and make them sit for 6-7 minutes just for them to get kicked out of the game.
