amount of games played is a required part of this equation.

Win rate is determined by previous rank... not your skill in current rank. Someone being d5 last season and d5 this season will have around 50%, if you were gold or lower it will be inflated. Means absolutely nothing really. Overall, when recruiting, I rather the 50% win rate d5 with experience compared to the brand new and possibly there by mistake (ie: climbed by solely abusing something unbalanced).

depends on games played, if you have over 250 games its great and id recommend climbing higher
