LeBlanc E leash range is too long
i feel 
would have so much more room for counter play if she actually had to get closer and put her in danger to get that stun off.

Played against a Leblanc as Lee a few games ago, she attached to chain to me just as I was coming out of river, I ward hopped to the exploding plant, triggered the exploding plant and she still kept the damn thing tethered to me simply by walking towards me.
Yeah a leash that long is bullshit.
