when i was thinking about the new runes what had me curious was the life font idk if it takes into the max hp at the set up or hp when someone procs it but anyways with that out of the way remember how annoying

That sounds to me that it's not the person who stacks it that gets the heal. So we will see this rune strictly on CC supports and maybe junglers that don't get anything out of the other two spells while still wanting to be in the resolve tree
