RIOT may I have your attention please. Dark Harvest keystone gonna ruin the game !

Yes, as you can read in the title, game is in danger. Dark Harvest is completely overpowerd keystone, on every champ in the game. It's easy to stack, damage is disgusting. Combined with Duskblade it's even more broken.

I did bunch of testing on the PBE, how much souls can you stack from diffetent positions.

Irelia Top - 400 souls at 30 minutes. Akali Support - 357 souls at 28 minutes. - have screenshot for this one - http://prntscr.com/gxrpzx Rengar Jungle - 300 souls at 25 minutes.

So as you can see, it's really easy to get around 300 souls at 25 minutes, almost on any champ or role. But that's not my concern. Since the damage is too big, assassins with 300 souls don't need to go full damage items. So again we gonna have tank assassins.

I also tested the damage too, first was Irelia with item 3078, item 3053, item 3065, item 3143, item 3748, item 3111, pretty standard stuff. Dark Harvest was ready to proc, and with just one Q, again just ONE Q did - 1300 physical damage.

Next is Rengar, on him I had item 1412, item 3147, item 3065, item 3742, item 3194, item 3047, it was one really tanky cat. Dark Harvest was ready to proc, I pressed R, and just the jump,** just ONE RIGHT CLICK** on target did - 1200 physical damage.

Last tested was Akali, on her I had item 3146, item 3068, item 3742, item 3065, item 3001, item 3047, tanky ninja, almost like Shen. Dark Harvest was ready to proc, all I did was Q+AA, just one simple Q+AA did - 900 magic damage. And this is tank Akali support for crying out loud.

Here we are talking about builds that have over 3k HP, over 170 armor and over 170 MR. And over 1000 damage on just one ability. Oh but that's not all, remmember Irelia who just did 1300 damage and oneshoted your adc, she just refreshed Dark Harvest and gonna do the same to you APC. Fun time.

And this can be abused by all assassins. Especially AD assassins who gonna take 300 souls and Duskblade into full tank and still oneshot people. Imagine 3k HP Zed, ulting at you, oneshot you in 1.5 seconds and ult out. Or 3k HP Kayn comming from the wall and oneshot you in 1.5 seconds. I can go like this all day, but you got the point.

So insted of nerfing assassins again, better nerf the keystone before it's out. As assassins only player, I can't stand more nerfs on them.

I would suggest that PBE is not a good place to validate balance, for lots of reasons.

It's certainly going to lead to the potential for rather large burst come late game, but that's sortof the idea behind it and other scaling runes, where they're relatively weak early on and things might be snowballing against you.

Still, resurgence of tank assassins is something they'll have to keep an eye out for. I'd wait until preseason shows and people are actually having somewhat more competitive games before hitting anything with nerfs/buffs too hard though.

I mean, to be frank the PBE isnt a good place to question game balance, because every rune is heavily impactful, however you must keep in mind that once you'll be facing equal opponents to yourself & having to contour to your ELO's meta, you'll soon find that these runes actually probably arent so god-teir. At least, comparing to others of the same. 6.0+ attackspeed anyone?
