Just a little [slightly biased] request :3

As we all know, the 2016/preseason updates are looking incredible and the new items allow marksmen to be a much more unique and useful tool to achieve victory. Two item changes have caught my attention however:

Mercurial Scimitar - Life steal, great build path, more AD than other options, would not be a huge sacrifice as a 1st item. Brilliant 3rd item. Zhonyas Hourglass - Armour on armguard increased. Total combine cost increased but will still be a good 1st/2nd/3rd item on most AP champions.

With these two changes coming in, I think now is the right time to ask for the removal of the reactivation timer on Zeds ultimate. Now that it is even easier than before to remove/stasis away his death mark, it seems appropriate to give him back his pre 5.9 (I think it was) ultimate.
