I believe it is time we dust off Olaf, and give a small buff

I do rather enjoy playing Olaf but i can never be able to engage or get away when playing him, he has no gap closer unless you Ghost and Ult with a Q and that is still really questionable. I have noticed that his Q throws an axe rather far and gives vision, i was hoping to Capitoline on this. I believe that when he Q he should be able to press E to jump to the area with is E, a large leap. But when used makes his E have a long cool down, or he is unable to jump again for a rather long period of time. although it would be annoyting to Q and E and just jump so perhaps you have to click and press E to initiate the jump. I believe that 20 Seconds on this jump should be decent, and still allow free use of his E the secondary is unavailable.

This is would be far from OP, it just gives him a gap closer for close fights and a escape. And being that it is only every 20 seconds it would be far from spammable. Even not allowing CD to effect it would be rather okay with me.

This simple buff can allow stealing of Drag and Baron, a initiate that can change a fight, and ability to chase other dashers and leap champions., and most of give the ability to jump out of a fight that you did not wish to be a part of.

Besides, he is a freaking viking, what is manlier than a viking whipping his axe and someone then screaming when he leaps and lighting strikes them. IT WOULD BE PRETTY COOL!

So tell me what you think and add any points that are needed. I am just simply saying this due to his inability to keep up with most carries and not being able to follow up with the precision needed.
