Wind sounds.

Why hasn't this been addressed? This makes me not want to play league anymore. After a game I don't always immediately start another game, i like to view imgur or watch a video on youtube. Then i pause the video and figure out that that fucking noise was the LoL client making stupid wind whooshing noises. Why? This doesn't add to the experience. And if i turn it off it turns off all the BOOM notification. The other day i was banned from playing cause i muted the sounds cause i had a video full screen. Disable that shit. It's dumb and literally contributes nothing.
