Quick cast broken

Quick cast is broken when I play. It has this weird delay. Ever since my client freaked out (laggy games, bugsplats, settings being reset, weird quick cast), and I installed the old client. So now everything is fixed except this weird quick cast. In game it seems people are getting the same problem. Will this be fixed, or has it been changed now? It kinda screws me over in situations where you need to act quickly. You generally end up not actually clicking, or putting the ability in the wrong place, because it is delayed.

i must be having the same problem. in my case, it shows skills layout, eg. ashe's W, it shows the blue ways of arrows for like 0.3 sec or something like this then it actually makes the cast is that your problem as well?
