Fiddle nerf really?

Even though it's a slight nerf, this is the first time fiddle has even been somewhat viable in YEARS. We're talking around FOUR years of being a low tier jungler. He's good for a few weeks and you instantly hit him with a nerf. Yet junglers like Elise and Nidalee go untouched for months and months while they dominate not only solo Q but competitive as well. C'mon really now? Really?

It's cool you're trying to bring back old junglers like Fiddle and Warwick considering I've played since season 1, and this is the first time I've had fun playing again cause I used to like playing old school junglers. But can we start bringing more junglers into the mix much faster? While there will always be top tier picks, it would be nice to be able to keep competing against Elise/Gragas/Kindred spammers with other junglers. anyway those are my thoughts, I'm currently D2 working towards challenger.
