Zeke's Harbinger is pretty irrelevant and I miss it.

Now that ADCs consistently run 70-80% crit chance Zeke's only grants 20-30% crit chance in the window it is up. I was wondering for the sake of relevance if Riot would look to move some, or all, of the crit chance into crit damage or ad? I thought conceptually the item was a cool idea and rewarded coordination playing around the buff trigger.

I am hoping that Riot is looking at the item. I am also wondering how people feel about the item.
