Swain buffs

Heyy... I've been long thinking about new Swain and I'm really excited by his completed toolkit. But I believe it's high time he got some buffs 'cause he feels quite weak against his enemy mages (Orianna, Malzahar and Ryze often rout him in the midlane). I'd recommend a R buff (only in draining and healing part) and a reduction in W animation (it's just too long). Share your thoughts about this beloved champ down in the comments.
