I think her E go through underground, but Azir's soldier still can block her.

Fear not mortal, I have the clear logical answer for you. Azir pulls his soldiers from the sand beneath the ground. You can't see it, but underneath the soldiers are more soliders in the ground blocking as well. Have a nice day and remember: #Shurima

Simple answer. League is a 2-dimensional game (i.e. you can't go "over" or "under" things, only through them). For example, Tristana's jump is treated like a dash within the game code.

Can it go under anivias wall? It should and I also think it should go under azirs soldier wall since Rek'Sai has been fucking up shurimans the whole time she's been out of the void, I mean that is her entire lore lol

Azir thinks three-dimensionally and has soldiers underground as well, because his soldiers are made of sand and sand is a component of most types of soil. So Rek'sai tries to burrow under them and simply finds more soldiers. She's so confused she doesn't go any further.

Simple Rek'sai E is a dash/leap and the only things that can pass Azir ult is blinks or dashes/leaps with CC immunity like Vi ult or Malphite ult (or any dash/leap with Morgana black shield)

You can pass Azir ult with Rek'Sai E you just need a Morgana on your team and get her to shield you then you can do it
