Should Practice Tool give champion rank experience?

I feel like if we spend a couple hours in the practice tool (practicing mechanics such as animation cancels) we should be rewarded with champion experience. Ever since the practice tool has been introduced I've been able to spend more time perfecting my skills on champs that I love - and I feel like it would be experience well deserved. What are your thoughts on this?
