Make Twisted Treeline Great Again

Title.

In all seriousness, though, when I first started playing League (like, just before the end of season 6), Twisted Treeline was the map you went to to learn a new champion and have a less-pressured game. However, as time has gone on, queue times have gotten longer, and since champions aren't balanced for TT, you tend to see only a small subset of champions being viable in that mode.

Now I'm not suggesting champs be balanced for TT or ARAM or whatnot. But, since both of them have slightly unique item pools, maybe it just needs a look every couple months to recieve item tweaks to help the outliers to help shuffle around some of the champs that are at the top and bottom of the win rate curve.

From a cost-analysis perspective, I understand why TT isn't looked at much. It's the least-played mode. But with RGMs no longer being every weekend, it just feels like two of the options for switching up your gameplay have been lost, two options that have been very fun in the past. And I feel like the reason TT isn't played is a bit of a cyclical downward spiral: Riot doesn't put much effort into balancing TT, so players leave. Players leave TT, so there are fewer people playing, and Riot further leave it alone. Giving it just some minor TLC on a more recurring basis would show that Riot hasn't abandoned it and at least encourage players to give it a try every now and again, promote a shifting Meta to allow players to work to discover optimal play strategies that are evolving like in SR, and keep alive a game mode that is fun for many people and very useful for Bronzies looking to relax from their ranked climb.

And just for curiosity's sake, I wanted to leave a poll to see how others felt about TT. I don't mind being proven wrong, this isn't some "See, Rito, now you HAVE to do something!" since I know this post probably won't be seen by too many people. I'd just like to know if I'm that one guy out who doesn't play TT because it feels abandoned but would totally play again if it got some love.

Coincidentally, Riot cited that exact issue as one reason for removing Dominion.

Fun mode to mix it up, but bots ruin it

TT hasn't been great since they revamped the map in season 3. They basically watered down everything and made the jungling braindead easy, now support+carry comps break the map.

The map needs another rework.

I play in ranked 3s just to get Diamond V each season.

Despite that, I absolutely despise the mode. Some champions who are fine in 5s are ridiculously overpowered in 3s due to lifesteal, lack of vision, ability to move freely through walls, etc. This is why you see the same 15-20 champions in every single game.

The mode needs 10 bans, or for Riot to tweak skills for the map so that their range is shorter (I believe Xerath's ult, for instance, is already smaller on TT than in SR, but I could be wrong.)

as a 3v3 main I'll just say this the 3v3 meta is vastly different from 5v5 due to the fact that there are only 3 people suddenly your one man stuns are twice as powerful cause you are locking out 1/3 of the enemies team. back when dfg existed it was blackfire torch on 3's syndra and annie were godtier picks cause you could instantly delete one person but because for the most part anyone could do that it was balanced. The minion changes over the years has really messed with 3's were while the support comp is really strong a 2 solo one jg comp beats them late due to the good jg's in 3's being able to solo vile and giving your team a massive buff.

And fix the shop. Why can I make it to top inhibitor and still buy but I can't even make it to the outer ring of the spawn pad if I walk bot?
