@Riot: Since cannons are worth so much gold now can Banner of Command lose immunity to magic damage?

It's very frustrating as a mid lane mage, having absolutely no way of dealing with buffed cannon minions (outside of autos and turrets) and losing out on a significant amount of gold because my opponent rushed Banner of Command. It's even more frustrating that I then have to call my ADC or jungler to clear the minion because I am otherwise incapable of doing so.

nerfing that item which is only usefull in certan matchups will make the item beyond trash teir to troll teir

The immunity to magic damage is one of the main reasons to even buy the item. Do you want Banner of Command to become useless like Ohmwrecker?
