Kog'maw and His Abilities
I consider myself to be a kog'maw main and have loved to play him through the thick and the thin. It's been interesting to see all of the attention koggers has gotten over the past few months. I've always been used to being the only kog'maw player I ever encounter. The recent changes to kog'maw have been nice, I can't lie. I completely understand the need to axe his w passive as it was allowing him to do immense damage at early levels. The on hit magic damage I think is a neat idea, but I haven't had enough games with him yet to determine my stance on this approach. He may still need an Attack speed buff. I still think he needs to be further refined. The Q specifically needs a lot of help. I have played many games with Kog and have always felt the q was out of place. It doesn't provide a sense of urgency to upgrade in its current state. That said I'm not sure exactly what the correct direction is. I've had a few ideas I've been tossing around. I would be in favor of a reduced armor and mr reduction on contact with a much smaller passive gain say 6/8/10/12/14 with a much more less clunky and impactfull skill shot. An alternative option could be some form of corrosive bleed that reduces armor and mr while applying a bleed based off percentage health. Finally, his ult I believe is in an appropriate place. It is very satisfying to execute the enemy with a carefully placed living artillery. What do you guys think? What ability changes would you make to koggers?
