is a balanced champion; however, I was thinking there could be an improvement to spice things up. Instead of her W only being able to target enemies, why not make it so that it can hit you too (without damage of course). This way it establishes an escape to further balance her kit. Just a suggestion.

Even giving the reason that allowing it to be set up that way will mean the person playing Tali will try to keep it in reserve for that occasion in case its needed and riot doesnt want that. Tali doesnt need buffs, shes actually on the strong side and may potentially be nerfed.

Giving her an additional escape would be too much. I would even think about nerfing her if the winrate continues to grow like that

Actually I think that she might see competitive play if she stays as strong as she is now and the other meta midlaners are banned or weaker (Azir is just too good as an example)
