AFK - Ranked no points

As many of you I've played many ranked games with AFK players (both sides). However, let me explain this special AFK case ... players is not disconnected and you cannot remake. I have to say that I don't find it very fair to win or loose LP base on such games. How about no points on such AFK? At least for the cases when the AFK did not go further than lvl 2. Yes ofc, we can argue that is not good for the ELO system. Many players will take advantage of it, but I would also find it irregular that most of the ppl are find with it. People who play ranked wants to compete, achieve and have fun. Such case is not fair for those who try to play in a fair way. You take points out for dodging but you still allow to screw the game experience by allowing loosing LP on AFK's. Furthermore, most of the time you don't take any ban action against those AFK players.

RIOT ... after so many years you should have this accounted and fix.
