What to do when you're the 5th man in a 4man premade stack

Who then proceeds to flame you for wanting to play adc after politely saying no to trading roles and then threatening to run it down mid if I picked Sivir which I did with my first time lucian support. And I know I should have dodged but last time I dodged and reported to riot support about people making killing jewish people jokes in the lobby, they told me to play the game out and just report at the end screen. Like my 1 report isn't going to do anything but like I just needed to vent.

This was norms btw so it's not like what champ I play really matter

I know this isn't the best solution, but sometimes, you just have to "Tune it out". I've been flamed for just picking one my regulars in the top-lane and not conforming to the FOTM people just because I know I can do well as long as I don't let any leads go to my head.

Or I've been flamed because I didn't choose that PRECISE support the ADC wanted, yet they didn't say a word to me about it.

And then there are the times when the autofilled person complains to high-heaven about being autofilled, yet when I offer to trade roles (Whether I'm Top, Mid, JG, Bot, doesn't matter) I'm told to "**** Off".

I just don't listen to them as best as I can. I mean, I'll help where help is needed in-game, don't get me wrong, I just "tune it out".
