I try my best while playing Ahri. The highest grade that I get is an A-

The only time that I got an S- was before became a level 5 mastery.

Any tips on how to get better with Ahri and at least get an S-

🤓💋

play as support. easiest S+ you will ever get in your life.

Does the role you select in DQ affect how easy your grade is to obtain based on your champion pick in that role?

it doesnt affect that.. what affects is, on what lane have you started your game, first 5-10 minutes.. for example.. its much easier to go 18/8/something and get S+ on katarina support, then it is to go 19/3/10 on mid. with 200 farm and get S.. or.. going Ezreal top and doing 13/5 gives S 100%.. compared to A+ u would get on bot. grade is affected by couple things (but not all confirmed by riot) and those are ofcourse, the champion u played, lane on which you played him, and then how are others doing on that champion in comparison to you on: Score, Farm cs, kill participation in % , objectives taken and maybe something i missed, but that is mostly it.

High CS/ GPM. If you're not generating gold form minions or jungle camps you are losing your ranking.

High contribution to objectives - towers, dragon etc.

KDA matters, but I've gone negative on popular champs (ashe) and gotten S's but having good farm and always helping in objectives and fights.

Not sure if role matters or not in getting a better grade - never really tested it, but having good farm and just playing well nets pretty easy S's

The same way I got from Mastery 5 to 7 with Shaco in 6 games: Play the champ in an unusual position. I played him mid and even doing not that great in some of the games I got 6 S's in a row.

Had a friend in the same situation; played Ahri Mid, couldn't get an S no matter what their KDA was, got pissed every time I or anyone else did. Along with the usual (CS, objectives, KDA, wards) what seemed to hold their score back was damage dealt to Champions. They always played cautiously, rarely not having a full mana bar in lane, running when a fight went south, and usually had just a bit more damage output than your average tank. Meanwhile someone else tries, goes 8/5/4, and gets an S with about 10k more damage than the next highest. See if you can get away with more damage output and more risks; it doesn't take much to play Ahri safely, the difficult part is getting closer to the fight to increase damage without dying.
