What if we reroll 3 epic skins and get a guaranteed epic skin or higher permanent?

Basically, I have a lot of epic skin shards(1350 rp) and I want to reroll some of them. However, I find that it's not worth if you end up with anything less than 1350 rp skin. I feel like this will make loot a little more worth it. Thoughts?
