I was thinking about coming back to league, definitely not now. Why change "solo" queue?

Casual was never all that fun. I disliked that 80% of games were ruined by matchmaking having premades. it's not fun when you have a 4 man premade shitting on you for every tiny mistake you make, and its not fun when you're losing because the other team has inherent advantages over your team with better communication tools. Premades made matchmaking less fun and less balanced.

Ranked was a nice safe haven for fun casual play. I knew that no matter what I would never have a 4 man premade yelling at me all game. I knew that in high silver/low gold I would never have to face people too far outside of my skill level. Ranked used to be a carefree no stress environment where you could just play the game.

But now there is no way to do that in league, so I don't see a reason why I would ever want to come back or why anyone would want to play the game.

Oh yeah, I recognize that the 3v3 gamemode is a thing, but let's be real, no one plays it (or at least, no one used to). The main game is summoners rift, but I guess you're right, saying there's "no way to that" was a tiny bit of a hyperbole.

Riot wants to appeal to the vast majority of players. Where most of the money is being made. 80%+ of Bronze animals and having Dynamic Queue means that they will enjoy the game because of it. More people will be likely to purchase RP.

Do they care? Who knows.

Does it matter? Maybe in high elo, but low elo, you're shit if you can't win against Dynamic Queue when in low tiers like Bronze, Silver, and Gold.
