god champions in low elo

champions like all dominate low elo build a devourer on xin and udyr and you cant stop them, while the item is being removed it will nerf udyr but xin can still go with and be unstoppable. there are more than just those champions but in low elo they seem so unbalanced. even if I'm 20-5 a xin with devour rageblade still kills me with ease, another thing is towers, so many times have I been dove and the squishy enemy not die and live with less than 100 hp the towers seem very weak right now, the game in low elo at least just seems like who can kill who the most.
