The blue essence Issue at lower levels

Anyone else Annoyed at blue essence being so hard to attain at lower levels from 1 - 30?

My brother just started playing not too long ago, and he wants to play Draft pick with my friends that I normally play with, However you need to have 20 champions to do that, and yet he cant get blue essence; except from levelling and this is frustrating, because you only get blue essence from capsules, and its not a lot sometimes its 450 after 7 games and then 100 after you have played 10 games. I have been a loyal League summoner since S4, (Season 4) and recommended this game to so many people, had I known about this issue before I wouldn't of told people to play.

Riot says that this game will always be F2P (Free to Play) but with this problem it seems to have taken a page out of blizzard entertainment, one of riots competitors forcing you to buy RP at lower levels to just get champs. Yes I believe your prices to be fair but it eventually adds up for example to get 20 cheap champs your looking at spending anywhere between 100 - 300$ and this is effectively more then blizzard entertainment charges on World of Warcraft, Over-watch, or more closely resembling League, heroes of the storm.

This seems like a big flaw in the long run, as my brother was tempted to stop playing entirely because of this fact, which means that you will have less players with the same loyalty as what I have shown and countless others.

Through the years I have watched Riot evolve as a business, and seen league grow into an e sports spectacle, and I was happy that there was a morally good company designing games for gamers, not for profit. We as gamers all get it you need money to keep the game going, but you make a ton in merchandise, in skins and special RP only Items. I'd buy skins and other RP Items, I even became a tester on your test server, because I wanted to be apart of it, and I like to believe that you listen to your clients (or Players) so riot please fix the currency issue, make it enjoyable to grind like it use too be. Seeing your skill as you level up finally being able to play the whole game, it was amazing, innovative and made you actually think, it was a golden time, but somewhere I think you may have gotten lost along the way, Make League golden again.

1. Earn BE like IP use too
2. Keep the same change nothing
3. Earn BE at lower levels But stop earning at Higher Levels
