Will we see Aatrox get changes to his health cost on abilities?

I feel that Aatrox lacks the ability to keep up with the current top laners and it makes me sad that I can never almost play him due to the high health cost of his abilities. I just want to play Aatrox :(

Somewhat reduce the health cost on his Blood Price.
Make his Blood Well benefit from a percentage of all health loss, and not just "self-damage".

He kinda needs the buff.

You can still play Aatrox, but you just have to use his abilities effectively. Hes mainly a right click champion meaning that all of his spells shouldnt be used until most of his health has been drained, thats when he gets stronger.

I usually play Aatrox in the jungle, and max his W first so that way he gets more health restored and his sustain lasts longer, that way when you get to late game you can count on his lifesteal to make him viable.
