DC/AFK

I wish something could be done. I'm tired of going into ranked matches and having someone DC for 5-10 minutes and guaranteeing an automatic loss for me. Its ridiculous. There should be an LP loss reduction or there should be some sort of system where someone else searching for a queue can load into the match instead of the person already ruining the game.
