Looking for advice

Okay. I'm finally getting my MMR back up and gaining more than I'm losing in LP in ranked. But I am not getting any better at the game it seems. I'm staying right at low silver and can't climb. I'm asking for advice. If someone wants to come be a dick and tell me How much I suck... That's great but please keep it off this post. I'm being open minded and looking for some advice. This advice should be what youre looking for bud.

Stick to one role. (Jungle seems to work out best.) And off role top, so Jungle > Top.
Play less champions. You use so many champions for ranked. If it was normals and you practice the champion, then i'd be like ok, but youre playing a little bit of each, and I think 2-4 champions are min-max you should be dealing with if youre wanting to climb.
Focus on farm, as a jungler 4-6 cs per minute is ok, and in lane 7-9 cs is what you should be looking for. (Obviously more is better, anything 8-10 is what I aim for otherwise I feel kinda bad, but it wont happen every game, but yeah farm more.)
Ward for your team mates, deny vision and force them to face check. (May seem complicated but if you and someone else literally sit in a bush that was swept or has a pink and they face check it, you can kill them so easily. Such a free method to get free kills, try it out later.
Expose overextended lanes. If theyre overextended chances are you can get fed off them and their mistakes. The amount of mistakes that go on in low elo, its a surprise people dont take notice and abuse them.
Play the "good/op" champions and stay away from non-common/meta champions. The next patch is coming so whats OP is changing next patch for sure, but you need to stay up to date with what champion/runes/masteries is optimal/meta. (your rune pages kinda suck, go look up some better ones, i honestly think rune pages make so much of a difference.) All that stuff aside, you need to pick more carry type champions and if you do pick tanky champions build some damage, which means runic echo on amumu, etc.

And please dont bring teleport as a jungler. Bring flash/ghost and smite.

im in bronze but i can tell you that the best way to see what you did wrong is the record your games and then rewatch them

Going completely on your last ranked game where you played Vlad

Your rune page should be changed. You don't want just all Magic and Magic Pen for any champion. Runes play a HUGE impact early game and can help win or at least survive laning phase if it's a hard match up. I'd suggest doing MPen Marks, Armor Seals (yellows), MR Glyphs (blues), and AP Quints. If the enemy team is all AD (and no AP), you could switch out our Glyphs with more AP, MPen, or CD Reduction if you'd like.

For masteries, you have it right for 0/12/18 but right now Grasp of Undying is better, IMO in Top lane. I'd switch out Runic Affinity for either of the others...Secret Stash if you're just going to mainly farm and try to out farm them, or Assassin if you want to be a lane bully. Dangerous Game isn't worth taking on Vlad...he has no mana so half of that is getting unused. I'd take Bandit. You could do 6/6/18 too and put 5 in Sorcery, and 1 in Feast too. That would make you hurt a bit more, plus Feast would give you a bit more sustain.

Build wise, though I don't play Vlad much, looks good for him. You went Will first, then went Spirit Visage...though I don't know if Spirit Visage was that good of an item only because they had no AP champions on their team. Kind of a wasted stat.

You warded only 3 times total throughout the whole 33 minute game. Ideally, always put your trinkets down when they are available. Vision is key especially when you're losing lane, as you are more at risk for ganks.

It's hard to give any pointers in game because I can't watch the video, but I'd suggest recording your games just so you can rewatch them and see what mistakes were made. Ideally, as Vlad, you should dominate that match up against Nasus. You have the poke and massive sustain.

Also how the heck do you and your duo friend have the same name?! I'm obviously missing some part that's different from them.....
