Even now, she might have a rough early game with clearing and such. But if you can play safe, and get through that, her lane pressure is excellent. With her basically getting a buff on her E, towers will disappear. Thanks riot for this buff, Eve is becoming my favorite champion and I have a 100% win rate with her right now with her current kit.
Isn't the point of a split pusher to force the enemy team to send two or more people to run you off since you can kill most any lone target?
Eve has trouble soloing a cannon minion.
I have only played the old Eve, so I'll have to lean to what others have to say about the new Eve.

In any case, Evelynn splitpushing seems like a better thing for the enemy team than Evelynn being missing. Knowing where she is allows you to extend further than you ordinarily would out of fear of getting ganked from out of nowhere.
What changes are they making other than the on hit effects?
