Ghost Poro Buffs

With Patch 8.14 comes buffs to the basically useless rune, Ghost Poro.

Deliberate haunting: After 1 second in brush, your current trinket becomes a ghost poro item, which may be used to place ghost poro

Spooky Spooky: While either you or your ghost poro is anywhere in enemy territory (past the river), gain 5-20 (based on level) ability power or 3-12 bonus attack damage, adaptive.

What are your thoughts? Is this viable? When would you take it?

Personally I think you would really only take it when you're jungle and are looking to screw over the enemy.

I already liked taking Ghost Poro on the majority of Jungles (Especially Kindred) and Top for champs using the Domination tree due to the consistent vision. It will be easy on blue side to get the extra damage from the Tri-bush with a good vision for incoming ganks when the other top laner isn't checking. For Kindred and other jnglers it will provide entry vision early for a slightly safer invade. Might be advantageous to blue as I don't see many bot laners taking the poro if the river bush doesn't provide the bonus.

the free stat for just you being on the enemy territory are too much to me. (would be fine if just on well placed poro ghost)

first of all, what is the enemy territory when in lane (in the middle of blue/red tower, near enemy tower?) then, this rune is basically more free stat when you already win without any more requirement than being there

I can see a world were it's a must have on 3v3, and they will need to monitor closely how the early stat impact lvl 1 invade in SR
