Hey guys so i play ranked 90% of the times lately the teams ive gotten are just the worse...

So i was thinking that maybe only does who have master their champs should play ranked??? like for example you wont be allowed to play a champ unless you have master it and have at least a decent ideas on how to use it. Reason im saying this is 80 to 90 % of the times my team mates dont even have a lvl 3 on their champs meaning they haven't really play them that much and most of the times they are really bad and make alot of mistake bcus they dont really know their champs nor what they really are capable of idk im just giving an idea i think this will also take lower people being mean to others for not knwing how to use their champs.

While I would actually support this, I think it would be really unpopular. The game is full of people who like to play a wide variety of champs in ranked, even if they only have a handful of games played on them. If you ask them why, they'll say they would get bored otherwise.

While it might increase the quality of play in ranked, it would be too unpopular for Riot to ever do it.
