At this point, the game is going one dimensional gameplay

After a break a while, I decided to play the game again, but then I realise when Dark Harvest has become so braindead to procs. Especially it can be procs on skills.

Are you serious? Dark Harvest literally on any DPS skill champion can deal so massive of damages if not being 200% awareness.

I was intend to buy Solar Eclipse Leona skin, but now I decide to quit the game temporarily until Dark Harvest get a fix..
