Do Bonus Exp Runes work in the jungle?

Bonus XP runes work during all XP gain, excluding passive over-time gain. Player, Monster, Structure, Summoned Units, and Minion kills will grant bonus XP based on those runes.
Edit: Zilean passive will not grant any more XP than that which he sends to you. Mordekaiser W passive would work along side the runes as if it were one. [slayer-pantheon-thumbs]
