Sylas needs to be buffed because in this meta he isn't that strong right now. We need damage increases in all his abilites. And his passive and all ap items in the shop need to have 10 more ap than normal, the price of the item should stay the same.

AP is already astronomically strong, but Sylas is not. Especially considering there are no AD pen boots, but there are AP magic pen boots. AP is fine, probably stupid OP. Sylas isn't.
