buff graves
graves is terrible rn,hes getting a sick skin next patch,buffing him to make him viable again would definitely be a good idea cuz all graves otps would want to buy that skin no matter what.

Hammermancer1 votesgraves isn't actually bad at all, just his early game, and since he's effectively capable of being a near unkillable ranged bruiser and an off-adc in late game or even a lethality champ with a psuedo burst mage style then it's fine
his late game isnt to far behind a champ like Jax.
he also actually makes an amazing top laner due to his ability to push minions into a permanant freeze with his passive, while taking greatly reduced damage with his E and also getting bonus scaling with life steal
